Discovering your sexuality is confusing, scary, and lonely.

We help you navigate your way out.

Coming out is a process.

It doesn’t happen overnight and it’s different for everybody.

From family and religion, to career and friendships, coming out will touch every part of your life.

And it feels overwhelming.

But our experts have been there before and will guide you to living life as your authentic self.

“I feel like I’ve opened my eyes and my soul to a whole new world. I now realize that being a gay man means so much more than just who I sleep with. But even the sex is better now after being coached!”

— Tony C.

Your Pathway to Coming Out

STEP ONE: ACCEPT

You think you might like guys, but you’re not quite sure. It takes lots of effort to put it out of your mind, pushing down that sense of shame or guilt. You don’t know if you’re gay, bi, queer, pan, or whatever. You’re looking at porn secretly and can’t quite bring yourself to downloading Grindr or Scruff. You’re feeling lonely and afraid.

We listen, without judgment or pressure. We talk about what you’re doing right now, what you’re feeling, and what’s holding you back from doing more. You’ll become confident discussing your desires, asking the questions that are swirling in your mind, and discover the steps you need to take to embracing who you are, free of shame and stigma.

STEP TWO: EMBRACE

You know you’re not straight but you’re feeling pretty isolated, not quite ready to tell everybody, and there’s so much to queer life that you don’t know or don’t understand. You’re probably leading that double life - straight by day, gay by night. You’re on the apps with no photo, no name, hooking up but dreaming of a relationship. Dishonesty, stress, and caution are with you every day.

We show you ways of moving your life forwards in a safe way, and one that is authentic to you. We create a safe space to allow you to face your internal conflict, explore intimacy, and open your eyes to the breadth of queer life. You’ll learn things you never knew you never knew! You’ll be ready to come out in a way that makes sense for you and your unique life.

STEP THREE: LIVE

It’s the moment of truth. You’re ready to come out and but need to make a plan of action. You’re procrastinating, hoping it’ll just happen by itself, but you know deep down that it’s time to rip that band-aid off. You’re asking yourself whether you’ll be accepted, whether you’ll fit in with LGBTQ+ community. You’re feeling anxious, emotional, but focused on the better life ahead.

We work with you to design a your roadmap for how to come out in every area of your life. We give you tools, workshops, and hands-on experiences to help you connect to LGHTQ+ community around you. We provide support, encouragement, and mentorship to make sure all your bases are covered. You’re not alone, and you’ve got this!

Group Coaching

This is a 12-week course that takes you through each of the steps to coming out.

Our class sizes are no more than six people. All of you will be at the same point in your coming out journey so you can progress together. With a small group like this, you’ll get that balance of individual attention while also building connections with others who are coming out too.

Our courses are held virtually or in-person in our Chicago office and enrollment happens regularly throughout the year.
